The Athens Convention & Visitors Bureau is your single point of contact for arranging a memorable tour or gathering. We look forward to working with you to facilitate all aspects of planning your visit. Many of Athens' accommodations and restaurants offer group services and special rates.
Hotel block bookings - The Athens CVB will aid in reserving rooms for you and your guests. We will help you to expedite the process and advise you about options.
Site and venue inspections - We will assist you in finding the perfect meeting and function space from our wide array of facilities. Choose from traditional hotel meeting rooms to a natural setting at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia; from an initmate gathering at a local historic house museum to a multi-day event at the state-of-the-art Classic Center.
Classic City Tours - The Athens CVB will help arrange a tour especially designed for you or your group. Step-on guides are also available. Discover the historical roots of Athens with a heritage tour, or choose another area of interest, such as:

Shuttle Services - The CVB can help simplify transportation for your guests during their stay. Access our list of providers to take the worry out of getting around.
Promotional Services - The CVB can supply promotional literature in bulk quantity, tour shell promo pieces, tour greeters (with advance notice), speakers, banquet/entertainment assistance, and Athens souvenir items. For PR needs, we are happy to provide city videos, photos, slides, camera-ready logos, line art, and promotional copy.
