Trappeze Pub's focus is good conversation and amazing beer. The 24 beers on tap and almost 200 in bottles represent the best gourmet beers that are available in the state, all presented in a beer menu with highly descriptive tasting notes from owner and self-professed "mega beer geek" Eric Johnson. Trappeze will make it a mission to stock every high quality Belgian beer, cask ale and seasonal microbrew that is offered by their distributors.
The food menu is just as impressive, with a focus on locally-sourced, seasonal fare. The lunch menu is one of the best values around.

"Trappeze has teamed up with Fourcourseman Sommielier Nancy Palmer to design a new wine program that features a wide variety of outstanding and off-the-beaten-path selections from botique family-owned wineries. We will also be offering half pours so that you can explore the many wonderful selections. We are currently offering 16 new wines by the glass and the list will grow to 24 in the next couple of weeks. We invite you to drop by and taste your way through these amazing wines."
