The 24 beers on tap and almost 200 in bottles represent the best gourmet beers that are available in the state, all presented in a beer menu with highly descriptive tasting notes from owner and self-professed "mega beer geek" Eric Johnson. Trappeze makes it a mission to stock every high quality Belgian beer, cask ale and seasonal microbrew that is offered by their distributors.
A wine program has also been introduced that features a wide variety of outstanding and off-the-beaten-path selections from botique family-owned wineries.
Half-pours are available on both beer and wine, to all for wider sampling.
The food menu is just as impressive, with a focus on locally-sourced, seasonal fare. The lunch menu is one of the best values around.
