Classic City Soul Food Fest

Classic City Soul Food Festival, hosted by the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM), is an outdoor community celebration honoring the rich traditions of soul food, Black culture, and live music in the heart of the Classic City. The festival brings together soul food chefs, food vendors, musicians, community, and small businesses for a day filled with flavor, rhythm, and connection.
Guests can enjoy:
soulful dishes (vegan and traditional)
live performances spanning R&B, gospel, hip-hop, jazz, and reggae,
alongside local vendors, creatives, and community organizations. Designed to be family-friendly and welcoming,
The event celebrates culture, supports Black- and women-owned businesses, and creates space for joy, economic empowerment, and togetherness.
