Get your first glance at the new crop of Bulldog players, plus gauge where the returning players stand, at G-Day. The 2017 edition will kick off at 2 PM and will be shown live on the SEC Network.
The ESPN broadcast team includes former Florida wide receiver Chris Doering, former Alabama center Barrett Jones, and former Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy and writer Ed Aschoff “shadowing and participating as referees. SEC coordinator of officials Steve Shaw will be wired and wear a head cam. An “ump cam” will stream throughout the game on the ESPN app.
Dave Neal and Georgia alums Matt Stinchcomb and Maria Taylor will take the helm of the regular broadcast.
Note that the SEC's new clear bag policy will take effect starting with G-Day.
