Mimi, of home.made, will be the chef for this dinner, crafting a multiple course feast. There will be hors d'œuvres, a plated salad, family style entree, and a plated dessert of pumpkin mousse with a pecan sandy crust, pepitas, and sage. Expect to also have house shoulder ham with a pepper jelly lacquer, blackened redfish, barbecue boiled peanuts, and a combination of vegetables from the West Broad Farmer's Market.
