Live @ the Library is a monthly concert series highlighting a wide range of regional talent. December 13th features Rowan Newby, who writes heartfelt ear worms for the sentimentally inclined. After spending most of his teens and 20s developing his craft in the underground, his bedroom and copious nature trails along the East coast, Rowan ended up playing in weirdo indie folk and conceptual punk outfits. Now he'll bring his unique style to the library's Appleton Auditorium.
