The Miss Black Northeast Georgia Teen Pageant focuses on personal development, sisterhood, and community outreach.
The pageant is open to high school students who reside in the Northeast and East Central regions as defined by the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Northeast & East Central Georgia consists of the following counties: Banks, Barrow, Clarke, Dawson, Elbert, Franklin, Forsyth, Greene, Jackson, Hall, Hart, Habersham, Lumpkin, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Rabun, Rockdale, Stephens, Towns, Union, Walton, and White
