Southern Culture Fish & Grits

Delia and Bernard Anderson opened Southern Culture Fish & Grits in May 2021, with a focus on recipes they each grew up eating. They have plenty of southern staples like catfish fillets along with shrimp and grits and other comfort foods like fried or baked chicken. Lunch combos include a meat + 2 sides + drink. The long list of sides includes several types of peas and beans, greens, macaroni and cheese and sweet potato soufflé. Crab Boil is another specialty item.
