The team, temporarily named Athens Pro Hockey, will host their home games at The Classic Center Arena, which is set to open in Fall 2024. The league will be announced at a later date. As excitement builds for the arrival of this new professional sports team, fans can secure their seats and be among the first to experience the thrill of live professional hockey in Athens, GA.
Beginning Tuesday, February 27, hockey fans can reserve seats by submitting a $100 deposit per seat, guaranteeing priority access to season tickets for the upcoming season. With season ticket packages expected to be available in Spring 2024, fans who place deposits will have the exciting opportunity to select their preferred seat locations in the order in which their deposits were received.
To celebrate this thrilling endeavor for Athens, the Athens Pro Hockey Team is offering exclusive presale access to UGA Ice Dawgs season ticket holders and members of The Classic Center Cultural Foundation starting today at 10:00 a.m.
