Athens Only Bourbon! Athens Spirits Co. has resurrected a legendary bourbon that traces its roots back to pre-Prohibition Athens and the first football game played in the Classic City.
Currently available only at fine establishments in Athens, our inaugural ATHENS™️ Bourbon double finishes traditional straight bourbon whiskey with toasted wood staves from a 100 year-old pecan tree grown and harvested in Five Points. The result is the perfect bourbon for your next cocktail.
Our vision is building a new distillery in Athens next year to craft small batch spirits with Georgia-grown ingredients. A place where memories are made, and new legends are born.
