From Nick and Peter Dale, the owners of Condor Chocolates, Choco Pronto serves their own Choco Coffee branded Ecuadorian coffee roasted right here in Athens, GA. Interest in high-quality Ecuadorian beans is growing and Choco Coffee is a top importer and supplier to cafes from Athens to Queens, NY.
Choco Pronto is the retail side of the operation and offers speedy to-go orders and a standing bar experience similar to an Italian espresso bar. Choco Pronto baristas use top-of-the-line equipment: fresh grounds come from a grind-by-weight Mahlkönig E80 and are brewed with a Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric espresso machine. A Ground Control machine brews drip-style batches, cold brew and espresso concentrate for batch lattes.
