Southern Off-Road Bicycle Assn. - Athens

The Southern Off Road Bicycle Association's Athens chapter serves as the official voice of mountain biking in the Athens area and are offical stewards of five trails:

• Oconee Heritage Park,


• Hawkes Creek Farm,


• Payne's Creek,


• Hard Labor Creek and


• Trail Creek Park at East Athens Community Park.

Monthly meetings, special events, group rides, and other activities provide a setting where those seeking to learn more about mountain biking or improve their skills or fitness can find a welcoming and friendly environment.
