The Georgia Club is a semi-private golf community in Georgia consisting of classic Southern homes located minutes from historic downtown Athens and one hour east of Atlanta.

Golfers rate the twenty seven holes of golf designed by Denis Griffiths, the large practice facility with driving range, putting green and PGA golf instruction as the region’s finest.

The Georgia Club's dining facilities include a main dining room and lounge banquet facilities and ceremony lawn for special events and weddings.

Club members and their guests enjoy our sports complex complete with two pools with children’s splash fountain, six clay tennis courts, and large fitness facility including group fitness room and activities.

Golfers now have several new reasons to love The Georgia Club with the addition of new nine holes, making the course a 27-hole experience. As with the original 18 holes which opened in 2001, this new nine holes of golf was designed and built by architect Denis Griffiths. The Club has also recently opened a new practice area adjacent to the driving range with a bunker and green designed for practicing chipping and pitching. This addition makes the practice area almost 9 acres and includes the driving range, new bunker play practice area, and second green for putting practice.
