The Alice H. Richards Children’s Gardenis one of the newest, and largest, family attractions in Athens. Looking for something fun to do with the kids? Look no further! This immersive and interactive outdoor experience opened in March 2019 at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia to the delight of children and adults alike! Children can water plants, dig for dinosaur bones, see underneath the soil for how plants grow, and frolic in a forest treehouse.
