The Bell Hotel

The Bell Hotel, opened in downtown Athens in early 2025, is the culmination of an exciting restoration of the Bell Building, built in 1916 to house state-of-the-art telephone equipment for the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company.

The hotel’s glamorous common spaces and decadent guest rooms hit all the right notes, balancing historic charm and architectural details with modern luxury and conveniences. 

The parlor-style lobby showcases sumptuous materials, chic furniture, statement lighting, and handpicked artwork that enhance the building’s historic attributes and evoke moody, sophisticated vibes. A handsome bar, reserved exclusively for hotel guests, serves as the centerpiece with its rich wood, marble, and mirrored accents that capture the elegance of a bygone era.
