LET’S ROCK AND ROLLLLL!

Track 1. Morning Jam Session

Every rockstar knows that the key to a good show is starting off on the right song, so here are some options to start your set!

Fuel for the Roadies

The first ones there and the last ones to leave always need a quick breakfast to keep the show going!

Jittery Joe’s is an Athens staple, but for Restaurant Week, they are offering a muffin and a cold brew for $6.50 at all their Athens locations. These are great for a quick stop or a fun breakfast meeting, and even better when sitting in the aesthetic locations across Athens!

Your second option has a slightly different vibe, but it's filling and a great option to grab on the way to work or a meeting. This year, Athens Bagel Company is offering a free coffee or fountain drink when you buy any breakfast (or lunch) sandwich! Whether you prefer a classic egg and bacon bagel or something a little more adventurous, this is a great option to start your day on the right foot with an excellent deal during Restaurant Week.

Classic City Brunching Wants to Rule the World!

Everybody wants to Brunch, so here are a few Restaurant Week options so you can rule the world.

Hendershot’s is one of the jazziest places in town. With the eccentric vibes and open mic nights, you may not have realized they are a coffee & brunch stop in the Classic City. They are bringing a different sound to the setlist with 20% off their breakfast menu all week long in the Bottleworks complex!

Mama’s Boy, a classic city bucket-list stop, is another restaurant that has raised the bar for Restaurant Week. This year, Mama’s Boy is offering three courses that can be purchased individually or as a complete meal, which includes a peach pastry puff, a cherry cola braised baby back rib, and a cherry custard. Together or separately, these courses are enough to transport you to another world with a single bite.

Track 2. LET'S ROCK AND ROAST!

Athens classic coffee shops like The Rook and PawnJittery Joe'sHendershot's, and even the newly established Foxtail Coffee are all amping up the appetite for Restaurant Week, but if you are looking for something to broaden your taste… grab a friend and try one or both of these ELECTRIC options during Restaurant Week:

Sunroof Coffee, the Athens walk-up coffee shop, has created a summer menu ready to keep you amped up for every day in the classic city. With flavors like a banana cold brew, pineapple and coconut matcha, and a lavender Arnold Palmer, you are sure to leave with a drink that will have you feeling like you are already on a vacation after one sip.

The Classic City is renowned for its influence on art and culture, and 1000 Faces Coffee has crafted a summer lineup where each drink tells a story. Intertwining pop culture and flavors has been a keystone inspiration for 1000 Faces this year, with drinks inspired by Florida Attraction signs, Margaritaville, and other classics, for a beverage experience that brings some classic summer icons to life. 1000 Faces Coffee is a must-stop for Restaurant Week.

Track 3. A WHOLE LOTTA LUNCH!

You are halfway through your lineup and are looking for an absolute showstopper to get the crowd excited for the rest of the lineup! Here are a couple of options that have been real crowd-pleasers!

Another One Bites the Crust

It covers all your food groups, whether complex or straightforward, and you can take some with you if you don’t finish it for a fun snack this afternoon.

Ted’s Most Best is a must-stop Downtown for pizza. With 2 different seating options, a vast menu, and some unique cheesecake offerings, it’s an excellent choice for a quick stop or a long lunch. For Restaurant Week this year, they are offering garlic knots, a 10” BYO pizza, and a slice of cheesecake for $19.99, which is excellent for a lunch break on the patio or a late lunch with friends before walking around downtown! And a tip from a pro… that cheesecake is something to talk about.

So while garlic knots and cheesecake sound like absolute heaven, maybe you aren’t looking for something as heavy and want good pizza and a drink. Your Pie has you covered! This year, Your Pie is offering a 10-inch Cheese or Pepperoni pizza and a drink for $6.99. Great for a quick lunch or stopping with kids on the way to a fun afternoon out!

So You Want to Have Your Lunch Plated and Amplified?

So, you’re in the mood for a nicer lunch. There are plenty of options that are great for that. The better question is: What fits the vibe for today?

The Savannah Room at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel is a great option as it offers 3 courses for $25. It’s an excellent option for a nice lunch with a client or just by yourself, and who can resist a piece of key lime pie?

Bar Bruno’s Restaurant Week Lunch Special is the place to be. Nested in Five Points, this picturesque cafe is the perfect spot for a fun lunch with friends or just grabbing a quick bite on a day out!

Latin Food Strikes the Right Chord.

You are stuck between two options, so let’s weigh out the two headliners.

Punta Cana Latin Grill is running 20% off all week! You can stop there just for yourself or with a big group and know you're getting great food and a great deal! You can order as much or as little food as you want and still get the restaurant week deal!

Poquitos is your other option, and their deal is a little different. For restaurant week, you get chips and queso, a burrito with any filling and a dessert for $19.99. This option is great for a lunchtime pick-me-up, and who doesn’t like chips and queso?

Grab it, Rock it, Go!

So you don’t have time today to sit down and just need a good option that allows you to grab it, rock it, and get back to your day.

Taichi Bubble Tea is offering 2 different deals where you can stop in for a quick bite or stay and work for a while! They have an 18.99 combo with a rice box, large milk or fruit tea and spring rolls, and a 19.99 combo with ramen, large milk or fruit tea and crab Rangoons. They are also offering 10% off everything all week!

Marti’s at Midday is another option for a great classic city lunch! They are offering a sandwich combo with fruit, pita chips, a drink, and a cookie or brownie for $13 and a salad combo with pita chips, a drink, and a cookie or brownie for $13.50! Tack 4. Sweet Treats Are Made of This

It can’t be a full lineup without a sweet treat on the setlist!

Our three options for a sweet treat include TREATHOUSE, Condor Chocolates, and BobaMania! All three options have something different to offer, so let’s weigh our options before we decide on one or all three sweet treats Restaurant Week has to offer!

Condor Chocolates is a Classic City staple and is seen everywhere, and some of their chocolate is featured in some of the other Restaurant Week deals! In their own store, they have 2 offers for $5 each! You can either get a brownie with a scoop of gelato or 2 truffles of your choice! They are offered at both locations, so you're all set whether you are looking for an afternoon sweet treat downtown or a fun outing at 5 Points!

BobaMania is another offering from the 5 Points area, featuring two specialty boba drinks for $5.50 each. Whether you are looking for a brown sugar milk tea or a fruity strawberry peach Oolong fruit tea, their offer can’t be beaten, and with their adorable location on Lumpkin Street, you are guaranteed a cute picture of your drink!

Track 5. The End of the Show as We Know It

It's almost the end of the set... and we feel fine. So we need to end with something to leave the crowd wanting more.

The Grill is the Thrill

Burgers are a classic that can be remixed over and over again! Here are a couple of options if you are looking for a crowd favorite for your set list!

Cafe Racer is well known throughout Athens for their excellent breakfast and burgers, so this year they have brought the heat with their restaurant week offer! When you purchase an entrée, you receive a free small cone with unlimited toppings. Great for dinner and a sweet treat or a fun family dinner!

Osteria Olio is another option for an upscale dinner in the classic city. Inside the Rivet House, Osteria Olio offers contemporary Italian cuisine and features a 4-course menu for $55 per person. Dishes like Pollo Napoletano and a Buttermilk Panna Cotta are just 2 of the menu items offered for the week that no one wants to miss.

Wok This Way

Looking for an immersive experience to round out your set list? Check out these two options if you have an appetite for Asian food.

If you are looking for trendy Thai cuisine, Puma Yu’s creates an upscale culinary experience that tells a story through their dishes. For Restaurant Week, they are offering three courses for $45 per person that spotlight their passion for the dishes and cocktails they craft. In addition to their three-course offer, they have created a $10 offer for Gimlets and Daiquiris, as well as $40 bottles of sparkling wine, available all week long. Perfect for a night out that you and your party won’t forget.
