Creature Comforts Brewing Co.

Two UGA Alumni returned to Athens and renovated the former Snow Tire building in downtown Athens into a go-to spot for fine craft beer. Tropicalia, Classic City Lager, Automatic, Athena, Cosmik Debris, Tritonia, and Bibo are year-round beers and are joined by many seasonal and limited release brews.

Creature Comforts' downtown Athens taproom is a comfortable gathering spot and hosts the Athens Farmers Market Wednesday market in season, plus an active calendar of food truck and other pop up events.

As part of their value of craving curiosity, there are always new developments at the Creature Comforts downtown Athens taproom. They have installed a "caskerator" cooler and are Cask Marque certified. Check out the cask engine tap at the taproom bar, and enjoy Cask Nights on Tuesdays, with a dollar off each pint of cask ale.

There is an expansive covered pavilion in addition to the indoor tap room.

Creature Comforts offers flights and samplers for those wishing to try several of their draft options. Customers can buy a variety of Creature Comforts staples and limited releases and can take up to 288 ounces of canned or bottled beer home with them. Plus customers can now try Creature Comforts' new hard seltzer, Sip Em Seltzer Red Lemonade.
